If you have had a graft placed on your wound, ideally the outer cover dressing should not be changed for 72 hours. If you feel the dressing needs to be changed before that time, try not to disturb the graft and just change the cover dressing. If you have not had a graft placed, or if it is after 72 hours of graft placement, then generally the dressing can be changed as needed. Please notify your ProCure Provider or home health staff if you need assistance.
